Merchandising Manager

Revolutions has a great opportunity for a Merchandising Manager.  Merchandising Managers are responsible for the day to day management and merchandising of products on our websites with an emphasis on increasing sales and profitability. This individual will seek out new product and category opportunities that are consistent with our brand reputation and company strategy, and add new products and services to the websites. They will also work with vendors to create promotional and merchandising opportunities, and manage and measure the execution and outcome of these programs.

This individual will collaborate internally with Marketing, Content Management, and Sales to optimize the online user experience.  This individual will drive sales increases with new interactive tools and demos appropriate to the categories that we sell, and arrange for appropriate training for the sales and customer service teams.

A successful candidate will be very detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with an exceptional drive to make rapid change in the ecommerce industry.

Our Merchandising Manager will:

Assist in setting the strategic direction for online content. This will include working with internal business groups, product, customer service and sales teams to determine new categories and products that will work synergistically with our existing product categories and that are focused on our target audience.
Determine how and where new categories will fit onto the website, and management the loading of images, content, descriptions, and all other tools necessary to insure a successful launch and growth.
Work with analytics to measure effectiveness of merchandise to ensure all products and categories are optimized.
Manage merchandising tools on the website, including Good/Better/Best choices,
SpinLife Recommends, backorder challenges, category structuring, online filtration, and other merchandising related tools that impact consumer choice and behavior.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field, or the equivalent work experience is required.
1-2 years in a merchandising, buying, or product management role in the HME (home medical equipment) industry.
Ecommerce merchandising experience is a plus.

Skills:

Requires positive relationship management skills with internal contacts and outside vendors.   Our vendors are our partners, and we need a team member who can build partnerships.
Must be able to apply sound logic yet be comfortable making decisions and resolving challenges/questions. Things change fast here…are you comfortable with change?
Needs strong problem solving skills.  We are a lean and mean company….you need to manage your own show.  Can you do that without detailed supervision?

Merchandising Support - Temporary

We have a great opportunity for part-time and full-time temporary support roles in our merchandising department.  You’ll be entering new products, maintaining existing products, and helping to create a better on-line shopping experience for our customer.

Attention to detail and excellent writing skills are a must.  Strong merchandising awareness and experience is a plus!

This position can be 20-40 hours a week, and the hours are very flexible.  With experience, you can even work from home.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of college.  Students are a perfect fit!

Customer Service - Medicare Billing Specialist

Responsibilities include:

Review customer files for accuracy.
Follow up with customers and doctors as needed.
Timely filing of Medicare claims in DME Free.
Support our customer service team with multi-media communications with our customers; including phone support.

Requirements include:

Strong ability to multi-task effectively.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to details.
A high degree of experience and comfort in navigating the Internet.
Medical Billing experience.
Experience in a customer support function or call center environment.
Associate or bachelor degree a plus.

This position is Mon. – Fri. 9AM – 6PM shift with occasional weekend hours of 10AM – 4PM in our downtown Columbus office. We have free parking and an on-site café.

SpinLife Sales Representative


Revolutions, Inc. develops and manages successful and rapidly growing retail internet companies. Our flagship web site is SpinLife.com, the largest internet retailer of Durable Medical Equipment.  

SpinLife’s rapid growth means we have new opportunities in our telephone and internet sales group.  This position requires extensive knowledge of home medical equipment, including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, scooters, stair lifts, vehicle lifts, lift chairs, and other ambulatory aids.  We also have opportunities for candidates with extensive respiratory equipment experience.


Responsibilities include:

•  Helping users, caregivers and case managers to select and purchase appropriate home medical equipment over the phone and through the internet via electronic chat sessions.
Working closely with vendors to insure that the appropriate equipment is ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
•  Working closely with other team members to insure extremely high levels of service are provided to the customer.

Requirements include:

•  At least 2 years of experience in the home medical equipment and/or respiratory field.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•  A high degree of experience and comfort in navigating the Internet.
•  Professional experience with the geriatric or disabled communities.
•  Associate or bachelor degree and/or background in OT or PT a plus.
•  Other sales experience is considered a plus.
